RULES FOR RANKING MATCHES:

Only SFC Full members and other player ‘possessing’ a wildcard are allowed to play.

A player can challenge all others who have a higher rank in the same row, and those players who are located a row higher on the right-up side of challenger’s position.

Examples:
Player at rank 13 is allowed to challenge players at rank 9, 10, 11 and 12.
Player at rank 15 is allowed to challenge players at rank 11 to 14.
Player at rank 10 is allowed to challenge players at rank 7 to 9.
Rank 8 is allowed to challenge rank 5 to 7.
Rank 4 can challenge 2 and 3.
Rank 2 and 3 can challenge player on first position.
Exception here is that player at rank 3 is allowed to challenge first position even if first position is left-up of player 3.




The challenger must declare his wish for a fight in the SFC Forum and what map he or she wants to play.

The player who has been challenged must respond within one week and declare his or her willingness to play by choosing a map

Both players arrange within two weeks, starting by the day the challenge was accepted, a date for the match using personal mails.

If the player who has been challenged refuses to play by stating this in the forum, the challenger can challenge the same player soonest one week later; if one week later the player who has been challenged refuses to fight the same challenger again, the match is automatically lost.

When the challenger states his intention for a match with another player in SFC Forum, both players cannot be challenged by others until their match has been absolved.

The winner of a match is not obliged to accept a challenge from another player until 14 days have passed.

The loser of a match can be challenged by other players right after the end of that match; but the loser himself cannot challenge other players for a period of 7 days.

The match consists of playing two maps.

One map lasts 15 minutes and they will be played in Death match mode.

The challenger’s map is to be played first.

The save score function on the server must be activated (in case someone crashes).

Players can choose their maps from a map pool.

Both players have to do a screenshot of the score results at the end of the map. The winner posts the screenshots in SFC Forum.

If the challenger wins, both players’ swaps their positions in the ranking list (aka pyramid).

Only SFC Fullmembers who start playing in the pyramid contest are allowed to freely choose their first opponent. If the new player loses, he or she will be ranked last. Non SFC players possessing a wildcard must begin at last place when participating.

Only kills are judged for determinating the winner of the match. If after both maps both players have the same amount of kills, the challenger loses the match.

Both players are encouraged to behave nicely while playing the match. Harassing, taunting, whining or shouting while playing is not allowed.


ADVANCED RULES:

Basically RPG is off. But both players can agree in forum to play with RPG if they wish to.

Putting two mines above each other in order to ‘hide’ the red laser beam is not allowed.

Spawn kills are allowed.

Spawn camping is not allowed.

Placing mines at spawn points is not allowed.

Spawn protection is OFF.

If a player has during the match a problem, for example bio break, the pause key can be pressed until problem is solved. Time is also paused: a map will last in any case 15 minutes.


MATCH PROCEDURE AT SENIORS SERVER:

Both players meet themselves on the server and greet each other.

Type ‘admin’ in the game console to open MANI MENU, and press RCON command there to switch to death match mode.

After this, the map of the challenger has to be chosen.

Both players choose their models. It is encouraged to use rebels because of the noise combine produces.

At RCON COMMANDS press the 1vs1 button when both players ready.

Press escape to exit RCON COMMANDS, after 10 seconds map will restart.

During restart, but players should not move to prevent sound loops.

Password for server is: senior.

If someone has a problem during the match, the pause key can be pressed.

It is encouraged that both antagonists meets themselves in Team Speak.

At the end of the map, both players make a screen shot.
